Bar Flores Los Angeles, Guide & Review
Fresh Cocktails and good company in Echo Park. The idea of Bar Flores was born in 2012 and gradually took shape as sip, a pop-up speakeasy hosted throughout Los Angeles. Sip offered an immersive experience to Anglenos centered around live music, vibrant cocktails, and a chance to dress up, seek new spaces, and get away from the world for a night. Casual, beautiful, and fragrant, Bar Flores is one of the best new places to drink on the Eastside. There’s a gorgeous patio in the back, the drinks are strong and taste great (the sangria should win some international award).
For years Sip jumped from place to place but has finally found a home in Echo Park and been renamed Bar Flores. Bar Flores hours are Monday through Friday from 4pm to 2am, and Saturday Sunday 12pm and 2am. Bar Flores features great music & vibe, pretty delicious drinks, warm relaxed atmosphere, super attentive & friendly bartenders, great outdoor patio, fantastic service, friendly crowd, amazing upstairs space, and great chic decor. Super a beautiful place, beautiful scenery and it feels like a guacamole grandmother’s living room filled with candle light, cool people, delicious drinks, and 70’s music. It’s impossible to not fall in love with Bar Flores, the tasteful, windows- open, patio buzzing bar from Karla Flores-Mercado.
