Dear Irving on Hudson New York, Guide & Review
Dear Irving is a very intimate rooftop bar, perfect for a quick meet-up with friends. The place is still worth visiting because it’s on a 400th rooftop which has an astonishing view of NYC. In addition, it opens late at night. Learn history and technique from one of their fabulous cocktail educators while enjoying light snacks and welcome cocktails before using your cocktail station to make (and then savor) your own fantastic libation. Come away from the class with the skills to make exemplary cocktails, a file of recipes for you to use at home, and a list of our favorite cocktail books and articles compiled their our own Jena Ellenwood. Dear Irving operates on Monday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 12 AM, Friday 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Saturday 4:00 PM – 2 AM, and Sunday 4:00 PM – 12 AM. Perfect all year round!
