Family Bar and Club Auckland

Dirty, old and tired. Staff are kind of ok but have a tendency to be quite rude at times and definitely show favouritism. But, the worst thing about this place is the asshole on the door. He is the rudest, most arrogant and confronting guy you could ever meet. Forget eye contact and pleasant conversation. He grunts and snaps. He stands over people to make them feel small and threatened. He is a disgrace and should not be in that position.

I lost my mobile last Saturday night there, I realised and come back looking for it but was 3:30 and the security not even listen or look at me , He just said its 3;30 closed.

I tried to explain about my lost but he was the boss -all, blond guy- just ignore that I was talking with him.

Very rude men . I am a woman, not a kit and wasn’t drunk, so, this guy Its just rude and very unpolite. I hope so someone can talk with him and explain how to treat the customers better because he has no idea how to do it. Just rude and ignorant poor person. Probably mental sickness. Also the others securities watched everything… thanks!
