Governor Stumpy’s is a great sports bar in Kansas City. Bar & Grill with an upbeat vibe offering American food, a weekday happy hour and a patio area. This is a family owned establishment that makes you feel welcomed and the service is great. This place doesn’t need a review on Google, just ask anyone in the neighborhood and they will recommend it. You always feel like a regular. This family owned business is the perfect location for good food and a great time. Great casual bar and grill, the fries are the best in town. The Reuben is fantastic and the club sandwich is good too.

Governor Stumpy’s operates Tuesday 11 am – 9 pm, Wednesday through Friday 11 am – 10 pm, Saturday noon – 10 pm. Governor Stumpy’s features friendly, attentive and professional bartenders; delicious food; awesome cold beers; amazingly decent prices; great excellent service; lots of TV’s to catch up with your favorite game; friendly & accommodating people; chic decor; state-of-art lighting and sound system; stylish interior; incredible family atmosphere; plenty of comfy seatings; and 

Overall it’s a great family owned place! Great for kids during the day. Good selection of food, remember it is bar food not restaurant food. 10/10 highly recommended checking out for an amazing experience in Kansas City.
