It’s a location where you can have a few rounds, a quick bite to eat, or a relaxing supper. Live music and sports will brighten your mood. And where the conversation is as open as the beverages. O’Neill’s, located on St. Mary Street in the city center, is a terrific venue to quench your thirst with a delightful drink or two, with beers, wines, and cocktails on sale. Sports movies, live music, and energetic DJs provide entertainment. O’Neill’s is Cardiff’s top bar, serving high-quality meals and hosting live music. O’Neill’s is the ideal live sports arena, with two levels and a short walk from Cardiff Stadium.

They feature many TVs and function space for larger gatherings. Join them for the finest atmosphere on International Rugby Day. You’ll always be welcomed here, and it’s a great place to get up with friends or have lunch with coworkers. Every weekend, they feature live music from local talent that will brighten your spirits, as well as a regular DJ that plays fantastic tracks throughout the night. On a Friday evening, I went with a bunch of pals. It had a terrific atmosphere and music, unlike most pubs in Cardiff on a Friday night, yet I wasn’t in danger of getting crushed at the bar! I got the lamb shoulder with veggies (including colcannon, which I’d never tried before and thought was rather tasty). The cuisine was delicious. However, the gravy was delicious, and for less than a tenner, the dish was a deal!

The cheerful bartenders were a welcome change, and I’ll certainly be back. ‘Little O’Neills’ has the greatest Guinness in Cardiff!! I’ve been here a lot because I live nearby. The cuisine is delicious, especially on a quiet day! Live music is always enjoyable, and open mic nights are fantastic! There’s even a test!!! One of Cardiff’s hidden treasures! We ate there and spent the evening there. The two-for-eight main meals were a big hit. There was live music and a lot of nice folks! The Brains beer was delicious, and we had two Irish stews that were the finest we’d eaten in years. It was filling and came with traditional dumplings and Irish soda bread. It was wonderful and excellent for “pub fare.”
