Located in Downtown LA’s Arts District, Resident is an authentic neighborhood bar boasting an intimate entertainment and live music space along with a lush green, outdoor beer garden. Owners Tim Krehbiel, Paul Oberman, Jacek Ostoya and Bridget Vagedes have created a vision and design that has an immediate impact; it’s become what many are calling an “Oasis in the heart of Arts District” where you can enjoy local draft favorites and specialty cocktails, served from a 1954 Spartan trailer. Open for lunch, happy hour, and dinner; patrons can also enjoy a curated menu by gourmet food truck KTCHN DTLA.
Resident bar features a hip atmosphere, amazing live music, good vibe, amazing ambiance, delicious food, nice people, really nice staff, great indoor & outdoor areas, large-wine list, great vibes, chic decor, stylish interior, always on point DJ with All the hits!, scenic views, clean restrooms, many tables, reasonable prices for beers on tap, free Wi-Fi, nice security, and creative cocktails.
The entertainment is top notch local artists. Great night seeing the extremely talented Flavia. It’s also a great venue to see performances. Overall it’s a chill and hipstar place and good for hanging out with friends. Fun Place! Highly recommended for an amazing experience in Los Angeles.
