While The Blind Monk is named after a 17th-century Benedictine monk who worked as a cellarmaster in Champagne, don’t anticipate anything pompous. This is a local hangout, a wine bar that will remind you that West Palm Beach is a vast tiny town where you’ll almost certainly run into everyone you know. The Blind Monk is stylish and laid-back, and it rocks at happy hour, well, “sommelier choices” time.
