Head to this East London babe, and you’re sure to be blown away by the vintage style of it all. The King’s Head private members’ club, hidden beneath a derelict public house, is East London’s best-kept secret. This magnificent venue, founded in 2013 and located in the heart of Shoreditch, provides numerous huge rooms with charm. Enclosed over four floors, The Kings Head showcases an extravagant lounge bar, luxurious restaurant, top secret basement club, and numerous private rooms, all featuring an astonishing array of taxidermy and eccentric décor.

The King’s Head Private Member Club has a selection of delicious food menus: The sit-down dinner Feast menu. Platters and canapés for table reservations or private hire. Entertainment frequently commences with Basque shows, DJ lead parties, live music act shows, celebrity guests, art shows, and more. I had a fantastic experience. The King’s Head was established in March 2013 as a private members club in the heart of East London, our city’s creative heartland. Concealed under the exterior of a decrepit public house, the King’s Head affords our members a refuge away from the noise and bustle of the city.

Inside, guests will find a variety of distinct venues. There is a luxurious lounge bar, a great restaurant, a secret nightclub, and many stories of fantastic private suites at the club. The main floor has a large, ornate bar with a stuffed lunging tiger, while the basement is the domain of the king chimp brandishing a rifle. I was mesmerized by the wall of butterflies in the room with the swan lamps. Be forewarned. The venue is probably not for everyone! There is what many would call an overabundance of taxidermy, but it is probably not out of place for the time and place this club is attempting to transport you to.
