Westlight is a rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the city. Westlight is a 22nd-floor rooftop bar from Chef Andrew Carmellini’s NoHo Hospitality Group featuring sweeping views of New York City from atop The William Vale in Williamsburg. The bar program presents a dynamic menu of original and classic cocktails alongside rare spirits, craft beer, and wine, while Carmellini’s menu of small plates reflects inspiration from global street food.
Private events: Expansive views of Brooklyn and Manhattan surround Westlight with its floor-to-ceiling windows that encircle the central bar and lounge. Designed by Studio Munge, the interior features black-and-white tiled floors, modern banquet seating in soft greys with pops of yellow, brass accents, and a honed stone bar with metal mesh shelving. Westlight’s mixture of lounge and high-top seating accommodates up to 90 guests indoors, and up to 110 with the usage of the wrap-around outdoor terrace. Capacity: 90-110
Upstairs at Westlight, this versatile open-air venue atop Westlight features a spectacular, unobstructed 180- degree panoramic view of the five boroughs and beyond for up to 240 guests. Westlight opens Monday – Thursday from 4 pm – 12 am, Friday 4 pm – 1 am, Sat 12 pm – 2 am, Sun 12 pm -12 am. At Westlight bar the bartenders are friendly and easy to talk to exhibiting good and friendly service, great music, awesome appetizers, the drinks are delicious and fairly unique, a relaxed atmosphere, great drinks, pleasant ambiance, large indoor seating area, outdoor seating along three sides of the building, beautiful interior, immaculate vibes, and a large menu from cocktails, bites, beer & wine, and spirits.
Ultimately, the venue inside and outside is beautiful and a perfect place for a date night, and it’s advisable to try the seared skewers that are perfectly cooked and extremely flavourful, roast chicken, and also curry that’s delicious and simple. Given that they’re in a prime location, it’s fun to take pictures in from of the skyline. The view is perfect! You can see all of Manhattan and Queens, rivers and bridges. Definitely recommend stopping by! Highly recommend it for a date night, birthday dinner, or for impressing your friends from outside of the city. Such a cute spot! People from all walks of life come to enjoy the sunset and the food. Beautiful views, nice drinks, and a great place to go with good company.
