Babylon presents a monthly program featuring eclectic selections from jazz to reggae, world music to electronica, Latin to Turkish vibes as well as indie pop and rock acts. Babylon is not only the first club in Istanbul, but is also the first venue having a professionally designed sound system which provides an extended aural experience.
With this marvelous placement of sound systems, you can enjoy the concerts in various music styles ranging from dub to rock, eclectic lounge to noise, electronica to world music. The architecture of the concert hall with bricks is beautiful and gives the area a cozy atmosphere. It’s good to have a bar all along the back wall for the people who want to take a break and have a drink. This is an excellent place for food, drinks and dancing. They have a superb installation for live music, and an incredible program with groups from NYC to Lebanon. This is the entertainment mecca!!
