El Dictador is a really good place to spend the night located in Bucharest, Romania.
Great staff exhibiting awesome service, good prices, awesome atmosphere, cool concerts, great music, fun to dance all through the night, spacious and stylish dance floor, and tastefully decorated.
All you need for there are some friends and you can go enjoy the good music!
Tourist trap and staging area for local prostitutes and pocket thieves. If your phone doesn’t get stolen, or your wallet repossessed, the “security guards” will spray you in the eyes with pepper spray if they don’t like you, and just claim you were being aggressive. And then your phone will get stolen and wallet repossessed.
The street is also very narrow, so it’s perfect to get robbed in, since there is nowhere to run and people pressing against you from all sides.

Stay away from this place, unless you wanna do everybody a favour and throw a Molotov cocktail at it. The owner would probably enjoy it, since it was invented and coined for communists.
