11. Georgie’s Alibi

Georgie's Alibi

Georgie’s Alibi is one of the most popular night locations in Fort Lauderdale, attracting a varied clientele, especially during Happy Hour, which is held every day from 2-4-1 till 9 p.m. Georgie’s puts you in the most excellent sizzling environment with the best music, a winning cuisine featuring their award-winning hamburgers, and beverages with promotions such as two-for-one happy hour Monday through Friday, as well as the ever-popular Long Island Iced Tea Night. Georgie’s Alibi is perhaps the most well-known gay club in South Florida, so go there first and learn why.

We recommend Georgie’s Alibi since residents and visitors frequently consider it a favorite. This location is ideal for individuals who want a dynamic atmosphere. Georgie’s Alibi Monkey Bar is up next. This location has an unusual name and offers an intriguing experience. This Ft. Lauderdale institution is known for its potent beverages served in a joyful, celebratory setting. They like the option of sitting outdoors while I have a few drinks, and Georgie’s has the perfect patio for that, which is also covered so they can get some fresh air, rain, or shine. Georgie’s is located on Wilton Drive near the Wilton Manors area, inside the Shoppes at Wilton Manors. Wilton Manors is regarded as Florida’s P-town. Georgie’s Alibi Monkey Bar matches the Provincetown feel.

It all comes down to the Monkey’s secrets: see no evil, hear no evil, and say no evil. This restaurant, bar, and nightclub highlight non-traditional lives. Drag events with beauty queens, VJs are playing fantastic music videos, DJs shaking the house, and much more. Please make a reservation for their Saturday Brunch, which is the ideal time for sleeping in. 10. Bru’s Room Sports Grill

Bru's Room Sports Grill

Bru’s Room Sports Grill is a popular venue for individuals who want a lively atmosphere filled with sports fans and delicious food. This pub & grill, co-owned by a former Miami Dolphins player, serves traditional bar cuisine with TV sports. Even though it is a regional chain, you can’t go wrong with them. Enjoy the tropical winds while sitting on the outdoor terrace and cheering on your favorite sports team. And should you want to bring the kids, they will love the atmosphere, too! It is a kid-friendly arcade in the family dining room.

We recommend this bar because it is a tried and true hotspot for those looking for a great time to meet great friends. Local Expert tip is that this is the place if you and your family love sports and great pub food. Excellent taste is only the beginning! They welcome every team to watch the game, have food, and spend quality time together at Bru’s Room. Check the official page for the Best Sports Bar in South Florida, Bru’s Room Sports Grill. If you’re looking for the greatest chicken wings in Miami, keep the following in mind: You’ll want to try everything on their menu list, and an epic day trip dedicated to eating wings is a great weekend activity. The best thing to mention is that you may request that your order be all drumettes or flats for a few dollars more, which is a worthy investment for any avid wing eater. Next, take note of the deep chocolate/maroon hue flecked with garlic and great char. So, this is one of the best bars Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

9. The Elbo Room

The Elbo Room

The Elbo Room is a long-running beach bar that attracts spring breakers with live music and DJ dancing. With the hit film Where The Boys Are, starring Connie Francis and George Hamilton, this landmark watering hole entered the world spotlight in 1960, making it one of the hottest beachside attractions, and it quickly became the place to see and be seen for generations of spring breakers and beach vacationers. They offer half-priced select Martinis from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., such as the Pumpkin, French, spiced Apple, Cosmopolitan, or Bartender’s Martini. In 1996, the Elbo Room on Fort Lauderdale Beach, which opened in 1938, was the first business facility in the world to stream LIVE with cameras via the internet.

Elbo Room was immortalized in 1956 as the setting for the smash tune “Where the Boys Are?” The Elbo Room beach bar is known as the world’s best beach bar, with live music every day from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., the best Happy Hour on Las Olas Blvd and Fort Lauderdale, and a general Key West vibe with classic rock, country, Jimmy Buffet, and Rock n’ Roll, as well as the famous Sunday Funday Parties. Every day of the week, the Elbo Room Beach bar in Fort Lauderdale Beach is open, but you must be 21 or older to enter. The Elbo Room continues to draw crowds of visitors and residents alike, who come to enjoy live music, unique beverages, a fantastic second-floor view of the beach and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, and a little history.

We recommend this bar since it is a Fort Lauderdale historical monument that must be seen. There is plenty of parking on the south side of Las Olas Blvd. for a nominal cost, according to locals. The Elbo Room now provides its subscribers with various live, full-motion cameras with sound. The cameras now feature a live beach camera that allows viewers to observe the weather for the day, as well as the numerous scantily clothed beachgoers! Their new live bar Chat is proving quite popular, allowing individuals worldwide to use the internet to view and communicate with others having fun at the bar.

8. YOLO (You Only Live Once)

YOLO (You Only Live Once)

You Only Live Once is just as the name suggests, and it’s easy to understand why especially during Happy Hour. It isn’t easy to believe that the incredible Yolo has become the buzz of the town in only four short years. And that isn’t easy to do in Fort Lauderdale. But there’s a solid explanation for this. This nicely constructed night spot and diner, located on the very stylish and exquisite Las Olas, greets its guests in its modern and comfortable atmosphere and displays its delightful lunch menu consisting of delectable appetizers, soups, sandwiches, and specials. And don’t leave without sampling their exquisite sweets, topped off with your favorite coffee.

Remember that the restaurant’s name is abbreviated for You Only Live Once, so have fun! M-F 4 p.m.-7 p.m., with $2 off any beverages at the main bar or O Lounge. We suggest this pub since it is an excellent venue close to Downtown’s commercial sector, situated on Las Olas Boulevard. It will appeal to individuals who want a refined feel. An expert tip is that it is convenient for after-hours meetings with surrounding businesses. Just east of the NSU Art Museum, Fort Lauderdale is another one of my favorite bars to visit on the weekends, YOLO. This establishment is conveniently located off East Las Olas Boulevard, next to the Riverside Hotel Fort Lauderdale.

YOLO is a full-service restaurant, but the bar is what truly stands out. The bar is always where the action is at YOLO, so it’s only logical that I’d want to be there. If you like martinis, here is the place to be. YOLO provides a martini flight, including three martinis of your choice created with New Amsterdam vodka. If you want to spend an evening enjoying Fort Lauderdale’s culinary and nightlife scene, YOLO is a terrific place to be. Foodies will like this establishment. Happy Hours and Sunday brunch are popular here. O Lounge is more than simply a restaurant; it is a non-stop source of excellent feelings, fantastic music, and a dancing scene like no other in town. Handcrafted beverages and unique foods are available. Because you only get one life, you’ll be delighted you selected YOLO as your bar.

7. Funky Buddha Brewery

Funky Buddha Brewery

On weekends, Funky Buddha brewery provides tours; this massive artisan brewery has a no-frills taproom with games. This newly opened hotspot is located north of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and complements the city of Oakland Park, which is just off Dixie Highway and NE 38th Street (Park Lane East). The Funky Buddha Brewery & Lounge opened in Boca Raton, Florida, in 2010 and quickly became recognized for its devotion to making robust craft beers that combine culinary-inspired ingredients with a time-honored method, delivering beers with prominent, robust flavors crafted precisely with natural ingredients. They still brew here, where they keep their test kitchen for their most experimental beers. We recommend this pub since it has a large following among beer enthusiasts who prefer to get the party started early. There is lots of free parking across the street, according to locals!

We manufacture beers that provide an experience, from conventional types to experimental ales. The beer reminds us to be creative, to be unique, and to keep things Funky constantly. Funky Buddha began in a modest brewery in Boca Raton, built on enthusiastic people and dubious Craigslist advertising. They were sick of the usual beer selections. So they took matters into their own hands, brewing unconventional-yet-exceptional beers and challenging social norms. Beyond the simulation, they’re all about creating one-of-a-kind libations. They have Floridian, a German-style wheat beer that reflects the splendor of a golden Florida sunset – and all the quirky folks that call Florida home. Or No Crusts, their peanut butter and jelly brown ale will bring you back to your elementary school days.

And don’t miss their Gold Medal-winning Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, a memorable diner-style breakfast in a glass evocative of the ideal morning meal. They feel that a brewery is more than just a place to drink beer; it is also a gathering spot for families and friends. As a family-owned firm founded by the Sentz family, aiding families and their children is central to their corporate principles. They are proud to be eccentric! They want to appreciate diversity because that makes us stronger as a community. They are adamant about supporting initiatives that promote an equal and equitable existence for all.

6. The Riverside Market

The Riverside Market

The Riverside is an easygoing specialty beer boutique & kitchen serving an eclectic menu amid couches & beachy decor. Enter and join the celebration. They have tables lined along a cooler stocked with over 550 craft beers, specialty wines, and over 50 gourmet sodas (especially popular with the kids who accompany Mom and Dad or other adults). They also have teas, waters, and a lounge area with mixed-matched couches to relax and visit. So, this can quickly become a regular watering hole after the first visit – or even more. There is undoubtedly something for everyone in their collection of artisan brews. While many people here know what beer they enjoy, this is an excellent spot to visit if you are new to the craft beer market.

The Riverside Market enjoys offering hard-to-find beers and unique bottle surfaces regularly. They also support all Florida-brewed beers, whether on tap, in bottle, or in a can. There are always five locals on at all times, with twenty draughts in regular rotation. There are also five gluten-free beers and around 25 grain-free ciders available. We recommend this bar because its place draws you in even as you walk by. Why not point the way? An expert recommendation is to arrive early. There is limited parking in the lot, but there is enough down the street.

Consider rows of excellent beer freezers lining the wall, each with colorful cans and bottles of craft beer. It’s challenging to decide which beer to test. The Riverside Market And Cafe’s coolers are stocked with approximately 550 craft beers from around the world. Along with an incredible selection of beers, Riverside also has a selection of wines and soft drinks for non-brew enthusiasts. You may snack on a variety of sandwiches while sipping your preferred beverage. The Fried Shrimp Po’ Boy, Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich, or their classic Black & Bleu Burger pair well with your brew. Pro Tip: Your four-legged canine companion is welcome in the outside sitting area. So, this is one of the best bars Fort Lauderdale has to offer. If you are in town, you should visit this bar at least once.

5. Blue Martini

Blue Martini

Blue Martini has a reputation for being a stylish and classy meeting spot for individuals who recognize a vital thing when they see it. This classy cocktail establishment is a hit because of its weekday happy hours, nightly live bands, and dancing. Try the trademark blue martini (vodka, Cointreau, blue curacao, sweet ‘n sour mix, and orange juice), or choose your favorite martini from a menu of 14. Sushi, hummus, a steak sandwich, a martini, seared fish, and even chocolate cake are available as appetizers. Sip a beverage beneath the blue skylight in the VIP lounge or outside terrace if you’re ready to pay the freight. It is located at the upscale Galleria. Blue Martini is a beautiful stop after hours, after shopping, or for a special night out.

We recommend this bar because everyone who loves a great atmosphere and mingling with some of the city’s finest loves Blue Martini. An expert tip is to make a day of it by buying stuff at the Galleria, then go on a walk here for a drink with friends. Enjoy their legendary happy hour, unwind after work, book a private party and let us host your next special event. Blue Martini Happy Hour is 2 pm-7 pm (Wed-Sat) & 4 pm-7 pm (Sun) – offering discounts on drinks and menu items five days a week (Wed-Sat & Sun)! Join us for Happy Hour and stay for a nightlife experience like no other.

The drinks are flowing, the music is going, and the party is always on at Blue Martini Fort Lauderdale. Up next is a bar that you can find inside The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, one of the most luxurious and famous shopping malls in the city, so while you’re out on a shopping spree, you might want to stop by for a little something to wet your whistle and a bite to eat. I love Blue Martini for both its convenient location and the daily live music show that they have. The drinks are superb, and their food menu consists of a tapas selection influenced by cultures from around the globe. This bar is one to add to your checklist.

4. Blue Jeans Blues

Blue Jeans Blues

Blue Jeans Blues is a hip music club featuring nightly jazz & blues plus a menu of elevated bar snacks, pizza & drinks. Hot but cool, elegant but laid-back. This is what this one-of-a-kind jazz club asserts of itself, and with reason. Blue Jeans Blues in Fort Lauderdale is one of those venues that will make you question why you haven’t been there before. Ideal for Happy Hour Every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jazz fans will appreciate this club’s relaxed yet notably global atmosphere. Exposed brick walls and comfy seats provide the perfect backdrop for live jazz and blues tunes, which are performed seven nights a week and on weekends during brunch. Along with inventive cocktails, robust beers, and an enticing wine selection, the club serves a delectable menu that includes appetizers like tuna tartar and baked brie, fresh sandwiches, and gourmet pizzas.

We recommend this bar because the locals have made this a favorite spot that welcomes the city’s many visitors. An expert tip is what you think of when you think of a great jazz club. Blue Jean Blues is ideal for live music, an unusually lengthy happy hour (8 hours!), and plenty of bar food. Expect appetizers, wings, sandwiches, burgers, and pizza to be served with your hands. In the evening, four main course dishes are available – aside from those meals and salads, you will need a fork to enjoy the cuisine at Blue Jean Blues. The burgers are excellent, including a full half-pound of Angus meat. So, Blue Jean Blues also serves wine, beer, and unique cocktails.

It’s similar to O’Haras but without the location. Blue Jean Blues offers a music-filled setting to enjoy cocktails and snacks with live music nightly and “twice on weekends.” Those who recall O’Haras, the renowned club that once stood on Las Olas where the Big Green Lawn currently stands, will like the music played here. Quality jazz and blues in what I perceive to be a great setting. O’Haras was excessively smokey, and the area smelled musty. It was old, and it made me feel old. Everyone there seemed to have been a regular for 30 years. Because Blue Jean Blue offers food, there is no smoking permitted inside. The décor is new, with bold, bright artwork. It’s a lovely setting.
