Useful Information

How to get past the door when you’re on the guest list:

  • – The club reserves all rights to deny entry, do NOT give them a reason to
  • – Come prepared: know that to get in you need to say “I’m on the Nightflow List” and be sure you have the email confirmation ready if the bouncer asks you.
  • – For guys: I’d strongly recommend arriving extra early, being on good behaviour in the line or when near the club (don’t bring beer into the line or chug it in front of the club, bouncers don’t like that)
  • – Be sure you bring ID, if you are or look young, bring original copies of your passports. Technically copies are acceptable but bouncers are always suspicious of them. Stay away from fake IDs.
  • – You will find the exact conditions in the confirmation email, they are subject to change
  • – In high season, the line can be 30-45 minutes. I recommend arriving 45 minutes before the cutoff hour for the guest list.
  • – Tip: It helps to go in with attractive women

How to get to Just Cavalli Milan:

Simple! Just use google maps to navigate! In my experience its way more helpful than any guide I could put together, Google maps is super accurate and up to date.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can I put on the guest list?

With the form above you can put as many people on the guest list as you like. I just recommend splitting large groups up into small groups of 4 or 5. Then ideally each group has a separate signup and every group has at least 1 confirmation email they can show at the door.

What if I just turn up and say “I’m on Nightflow List at the door”?

Technically, this is all you need to do. Guest lists these days are “open”, which means you just have to say the guest list name at the club door. The club doesn’t have your name specifically.

Until when can I get in with your guest list?

This differs for each club, for each night and whether you are a man or woman. The conditions for the club and night you’re signed up to will be on the confirmation email I’ll send you.

The bouncers told me I’m not on the guest list after I stood in line. Why?

Now, this is almost always (95% of the time) an excuse to not let you in due to you or your group not being up to dress code standards, due to bad behaviour or that you don’t fit the profile of the club. Bouncers do not like to tell you that you are dressed badly, are too fat, too drunk etc to your face, so they come up with lines like “private event”, “you’re not on the list”, “the club is full” etc. It might simply be because they have already let in too many guys and have stopped letting in male-only groups.

The form will only let me sign up to me +5 guests, but we are a group of 8, what should we do?

This is a deliberate favour for you. My goal is for you to have the best night out and especially the smoothest time at the door. A group of 8 is no problem at all, but its always best if large groups split up into smaller groups so the club door has an easier time dealing with you. In an ideal world, everyone signs up for the guest list themselves and has an email confirmation. If inconvenient, I’d recommend groups of 4-5 max. Then designate a group leader to say “we are on the nightflow list” to the bouncer then ushers the rest of the mini group in.

What is the difference between guest lists and tickets, and which is better?

Guest lists are the clubs incentive for promoters to bring in the right people into the club early. The guest list always has excellent conditions for the night out if you arrive early. Some clubs also have offers with free dinners or free drinks if you arrive early enough. Tickets however usually allow you to skip the line and enter with the ticket all night (as long as the club is full). With a ticket, you are essentially prebuying a drink. And most of the time the offer with the ticket is better than buying the drinks inside. Example: Many tickets include a drink at 10 euros, whereas getting a drink inside the club might cost 12-15 euros. In that case definitely get tickets if you are planning on drinking!

Am I on the VIP list?

To clear this up: most clubs don’t have VIP lists. There are 4 options to get in a club: a VIP table (bottle service) which often includes the entry fee, a presale ticket, paying the cover on the night and finally the regular guest list. Each has its advantages other than just turning up and paying cover, that just plain sucks.

Can I get into the VIP area?

The VIP area is only for VIP guests, its a separate area inside the club where you’ll find tables for the guests that have bought bottles and table service. Occasionally a club will let in groups of great looking girls into the VIP area. Guys will almost always have to pay.

My friend is 17, can I get her in with your list?

Sadly not except if the club has a specific minors night. The club is legally restricted on letting minors in on nights when they serve alcohol. Also, many nights and more upscale clubs will also filter people out at the door due to their age. Always consult the club sessions or our dress code guides to know if you will be able to get into the club.

Hey, I’m at the door! Can you bring me in?

A frequent request, however everyone else in the line is also on the guest list, I’m afraid due to fairness I can’t get you in past the door.

Art Cafe Rome, Guide & Review

Art Café provides you with an elegant and fancy venue to show off in your best outfit and party until the sunrise.  If you like dressing up and dancing freely without being squashed, this is the right place for you. Our Ultimate Guide to Art Café will cover frequently asked questions and make sure you are ready for the best night of your life!

Dress Code & Age Requirement

For Gents, the age requirement is 21 years old or older. For Ladies it is a bit younger, 19 years old or older.  Keep in mind, that it is easier to get admittance to Art Café if there are stylish well-dressed ladies in your company.

Music Style

Art Café is considered to be the best place for music and dancing. And trust me when I say it, you will not be disappointed! It is pretty common when the club invites the best DJs in the world to play the hits. And since there is a lot of space to dance too, it is a great place to have fun. On top of that, Art Café has become a popular place for live concerts where you can enjoy famous foreign and Italian singers and bands.

Guestlists, Tickets & Entry Price

The entrance costs 15 euros and includes a drink inside the club.

Prices for drinks and cocktails are expensive, which is quite anticipated considering all glamour and glitter. The variety of drinks is astonishing; you can find pretty much anything here. However, they are a little bit overpriced. For example, a mojito will cost you 15 euros, which is pretty high for Rome. You will have to spend some money if you want to keep drinking in the club.

Always sign up for a guest list before going in! The guest list is a norm, so do think in advance and make a reservation beforehand. You can register with us or through the official website of Art Café. In addition, you can order a VIP table with us and make sure you get access to the restricted area. Who knows who you are going to meet there because Art Café is widely-known among celebrities.

Even though the club practices guest lists, there is always a line outside the place. Since bouncers are allowed to select guests how they think fit (in fact, it is an official club policy), sometimes you can get in by looking gorgeous and dashing (and usually in the company of girls, if you are a guy). In addition, you might get lucky because after 1.30 or 2.00 am they let most people in.

Our Recommendations

Well, to begin with, Art Café has a very unique captivating atmosphere. This is the place where you can try the taste of the rich and glamorous life. So this is your chance to be dressed to impress and spin the heads of some very wealthy people inside.

We highly recommend you to spend some time on what you are going to wear because there is a very strict policy in this regard. In order to avoid any unnecessary frustration, you have to really kill it. Keep in mind that there is a wardrobe inside (for an additional 5 euro fee), so you can leave your belongings over there. For ladies, it might be a good idea to take a pair of ballerinas so that you can change burning heels into something way more comfortable. Trust me when I say – you will dance a lot because music is amazing!

Any night you decide to go will surely blow your mind. However, we have a bit of nice advice for you to come on Friday at around 7-8 pm. At this time they serve a very delicious buffet and refreshing aperitif under light music. The food here is mouthwatering: snacks, cocktails, and fantastic deserts, everything will make you long for more. And there is more!. Later in the evening everything fires up and turns into insidious disco night. So you can eat all you can first and then dance-dance-dance!

Additionally, it might be a good idea to get some drinks before at another place. The prices at Art Café are really high and they will empty your wallet in seconds. You can go along with one drink which is included in the entrance fee. This will help you truly enjoy the night without being constantly worried about how much you have already spent (unless you don’t care how much, then just go ahead!).

Last, but not least, when you are planning to visit Art Café, take your time and walk around the park Villa Borghese before. You will love it! The park is indeed a very beautiful and picturesque place to see and wander around.

Art Cafe Dress Code Guide for Men and Women

Welcome to the fanciest and the most glamorous club in the whole of Rome! It is a “must see” venue for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant night and party throughout the night. Art Café offers an exclusive night in a luxurious well-designed place. It gathers rich and elite, fashion lovers and all the clubbers and party-lovers who are looking forward to dancing their feet off. That is why they will expect you to dress up appropriately.

Dress Code at Art Café is strict and very selective. The official club policy is that security can choose guests from the crowd as they see fit and invite them in. Similarly, if they think you are not dressed well enough, they reserve the right to refuse you entry (even if you are on the guest list!). This is a place with a charming upper-class atmosphere and it is strictly maintained by security at the very entrance.

In any case, don’t hold back because this Guide will help you sort out all the doubts and get ready for your fancy party!

Art Cafe Dress Code for the Ladies

For the Ladies,  no wild and rebellious outfits and no sportswear, this club is glamorous. Be a lady. Get into your wardrobe and take out the best outfit you have, either a dress or a skirt with a beautiful blouse, and don’t forget some fancy heels you rarely wear.  This is an exclusive place for elite people. You have to look like you genuinely belong here.

Quick tip: You don’t want look like you just woke up and didn’t have time for anything, you have to get ready: put some make up on, get your hair done, and get your best heels. This is the night to look absolutely intriguing and smashing.

You should be aware that usually, the dress code is fancy; you need to dress to impress. It may vary according to different events when the club introduces a specific dress code policy for the night (for example, only red, black & white, 80s night or dress as a Disney Princess). Regardless, everything has to be neat and well-groomed.

Quick tip: Do something with your hair. It does not have to be grand, but at least brush it before you go, or use a straightener or curler to make them look nice. Security sometimes gets picky about shaggy hair and might not let you in. Same goes for boy-like haircuts, meaning too short.

As for tattoos and piercing, it is generally allowed as long as it is reasonable and looks good. But you should avoid looking too punky. Just keep in mind that whatever you decide to wear has to be stylish, any risky bold combinations might be not a good idea.

Art Cafe Dress Code for the Gents

Clean, neat, and smart is a must! Dress to impress and don’t dress too casual. Ladies will be spending some time getting ready, so you should too. No sportswear is permitted neither hoods or caps. The smarter you are dressed the more likely you will get in. Remember that Art Café is an exclusive and fashionable club!

You can wear a well-fitted button down shirt with a sweater over it or a jacket. For a more formal look you can choose dark pants with a shirt.  It will be better to avoid jeans as well as all sorts of sandals and sneakers. Nothing extravagant, please. Same goes for haircuts and hairstyles, be fashionable and sharp.

Quick tip: It is easier to get in if you have some ladies in the company. If all the ladies dressed up, you can even get in by wearing some simple one-colour T-shirts.

Keep in mind that there are a lot of special events organized at Art Café, so dress code may vary from loose to a strict formal outfit. It is better to check out the club program before going in.

General Remarks

A general recommendation will be to dress up, look smart and nice. Always follow the night topic offered by a club. Either it is a Halloween Party or a Masquerade or anything else, you have to be dressed accordingly. They will never let you in if you are out of the picture. When it comes to tattoos and piercing, usually Art Café does not mind them as long as they are not too vulgar, too extravagant or just too much. Same goes for hairstyles.

We should also mention another important thing: you are not allowed to be/to look too drunk when entering the club. If you are, it is better to sober up or choose another night to go. They are very strict in this regard.

Dress well, spend some time getting ready and you will be in the club in seconds.
