Dali is the only Cork city nightclub that blends community, underground electronic music and being whoever you want to be. Set in a former cinema, come check out our revamped space, and listen to one of the best sound systems in town. Dali opened in May 2018 and is super passionate about music bringing the best, top notch techno and house to little old Cork city.
Dali is passionate about good clean sound and the crowd suggests an intrigue into a nightclub which has the potential to change the popular nightlife Cork City has to offer. Dali has hosted Cork’s wildest monthly techno nights with previous guests such as Redshape, Ansome and Moerbeck in attendance. The floor with Elena, you will instantly immerse into the booming, atmospheric dancing going on all-over the room. You will certainly experience music constantly changing rhythms providing many variables that music can offer to people out for crabbing. Dali boasts the most important Void install and therefore the first Arcline 8 system in Ireland, technologies which dramatically improve the perceived sound quality and definition.
Dali accepts both students and older people most nights. Different music-listeners, Dali hosts nights such as Taboo, which immerses the club into the grooves of Hip Hop, R&B and Afrobeat Music are well catered for here. Most people come with an intrigue into this house and techno oriented club. The previous life of the club functioning as a cinema in the 1900s provides the interior with coffer-like interior roofing thus giving it a soul unlike any other.
In a good week Dali opens every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and therefore the occasional Tuesday, Dali hosts a variety of various acts nightly . They have Pride hosting local, national and international acts, Dali’s nights project local DJ collaboratives like Remedy DJs and Fish-Go-Deep (whose members have close connections to our very own UCC), but also bigger acts such as Kettama and Mallgrab – who are known worldwide for their innovative sets.
