BrewDog Leicester

BrewDog Leicester is a no-nonsense chain bar specializing in the Scottish brewery’s craft beers, with regular guest brews. Midway between Leicester’s Castle and Town Hall is another landmark in its own right. BrewDog Leicester has 28 taps of curated craft beer from their Ellon brewery and those of their friends, alongside a vast range of bottles and cans to drink in or take away. Their Leicester bar has partnered with legendary believers of elbows-out dining, Red’s True Barbecue. Pit burgers, Mac-n-cheese, smoked wings, loaded nachos, and more are all paired with the best craft beer. BrewDog is an excellent spot for grabbing a craft brew and a burger in Leicester. With its trendy urban decor, arcade games, and pool table, this bar will surely make you happy after exploring its 22 craft creations on tap and BBQ eats from Red’s Barbecue in the kitchen.

BrewDog’s 19th location, nestled between Leicester Town Hall and the Cathedral, is a beer lover’s heaven. It has 22 taps of fresh craft beer, including brewery favorites and many new brews to taste. I do not want beer; there is enough wine, soft drinks, and spirits to satiate your thirst. Not only that, but they announced this year that they would be the home of the Leicester branch of Reds True Barbecue. Sip your Punk IPA or Dead Pony Club while enjoying delectable Red classics and their famed BBQ platter of champions. There is also a pool area and wonderful event space on the top level, which is ideal for any gathering.

My pals and I went to the Pub quiz at Brewdog. We had a fantastic evening. The beers are excellent here. If you’re not a beer connoisseur like me, the staff is quite helpful in locating the lightest beer for you. We finished third in the Pub Quiz but earned a prize, which in our case was a free round of drinks. We had the impression that we had won first prize. I had the finest “southern fried chicken” sandwich I’ve ever tasted. I’ve lived around the country and consider myself a soul food expert. Okay, I’m not at all. I was born in the Bronx. Later, I’ll be doing an AMA on Twitter about pizza; please join me there. Come here and order the “Cluck Norris” with wings (day, mmm). I was in the mood for a Greyhound bus heading south (Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka, soda, rocks).

The Locker Room

The Locker Room is a sports pub in the heart of Leicester City Center that offers fantastic entertainment, cuisine, and beverages seven days a week! Since we arrived in 2015, we have witnessed some of the most memorable athletic events. Thanks to the city’s enormous projector and over 25 displays, you won’t miss a second of the action. If you prefer sports, we offer 5 American pool tables, 2 English pool tables, and 2 Olympic standard ping pong tables to ensure you have bragging rights among your pals. Our Function Room is available for private use all year. The Locker Room on Belvoir Street is a must-visit for a special night out in the city. They not only feature a profusion of HD televisions to watch all the sports events, but they also provide a delicious choice of robust cuisine, such as chicken wings and pizza, plus lip-smacking bevies.

The Locker Room, Leicester’s top live sports viewing location, offers screens for all of the action. Whether you enjoy football, darts, or rugby, The Locker Room is the ideal place to meet with pals for a pint and a game. A sports bar and grill, the drink and food menu includes bar favorites like chicken wings and pizzas, as well as weekly meal offers. The bar can meet your requests for booths to ensure the best seat at the venue for the game. Come to The Locker Room for friendly competition, entertainment, socializing, and substantial supper. We were welcomed and greeted practically immediately upon entering by the employees, all of whom had the brightest smiles. The meal and beverages were delicious and reasonably priced. Because it was a vast room, it seemed relatively vacant at first, but as the evening progressed, it began to fill up.

I was very impressed by the manager (I believe his name was Brendan), who dropped in on us while we were dining to ensure everything was well. Extremely courteous and professional. I would suggest a quick lunch and drink or watching sports. This establishment has a terrific ambiance, and the bartenders/management are kind and accommodating. We had fun playing pool and table tennis. The beverages are highly affordable, and they have some excellent deals. You can tell the area is well-managed since the service is quick and efficient even on hectic match days. Few locations in Leicester offer this day-to-night transition, and they’ve done it exceptionally effectively.

Apres Lounge

Apres Lounge is a hip outpost with a bar & a downstairs nightclub sporting ski-lodge vibes plus DJ tunes. Discover your mountain retreat in the heart of Leicester! Après Lounge is an Alpine Lodge-themed après ski bar. With a blazing fire and wood paneling, you’ll be whisked away on your relaxing vacation – without breaking the budget! The pub serves various drinks, including a cocktail menu, and even provides weekly student specials. There is nothing like a ski vacation for some alpine fun, precisely what this hip and quirky pub in Leicester is expressing. Apres Lounge has fantastic cocktails, distinctive interiors, and an irresistible party atmosphere, making it ideal for a big night out. Discover your own Alpine Lodge in the heart of Leicester’s High Street.

Take a break from your working problems and hit the dance floor every night of the week, with mountain panoramas on the walls and deer heads poking out of the wallpaper. The wood paneling on the walls will transport you to a rustic holiday hut for a pleasant vacation that won’t break the budget. Enjoy the delectable joys of an imaginative approach to drinking while watching the professional bar personnel prepare your drinks with great flair. Alternatively, reserve a table and let the beverages come to you, eliminating the need to trek to the bar. This venue is ideal for parties and groups, so reserve it immediately for your private bash. In this hidden refuge, you may escape into the rural air and get lost in magnificent surroundings. Who said getting away from it all had to be expensive?

Pan, Hannah, Sophie, Zachary, Gengus, and a gorgeous waitress with blonde hair served us. The entire team here is fantastic. Although the area was quite busy and packed, these two made the experience swift and fantastic. Even at its busiest, the service is SEAMLESS and quick. I suggest it. Beautiful ambiance. Apres is enjoyable, but the farther you dig, the larger the rabbit hole becomes. The garden bar connects to an additional outside dining space, which extends into the lovely Cafe Bruxelles next door. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, with little fuss, and didn’t get in our way, but we were happy to help if needed. When you can sense harmony among the staff, it contributes to a good mood. Two very smiling workers (I believe the female named him Sam) cleaned and gathered up glasses.

The Basement

The Basement is an exposed brick basement with armchairs, wooden tables, and neon for weekly funk and soul club nights. The Basement is a cozy underground venue that hosts a late-night bar and nightclub five days a week. The Basement is also a perfect venue to hire. Casual and relaxed, it is perfect for wedding receptions, birthdays, office parties – whatever you want to celebrate, help is on hand if you get in touch to discuss specific requirements. The Basement is a suitable moniker given the club’s relaxed, low-key atmosphere. This exciting nightclub remains open most days of the week to provide the most fabulous party nights in Leicester.

Every night, there are guest DJs, all of whom deliver great playlists ranging from hip hop to jazz, soul, funk, and R&B.
