Amazing tiki bar if you’re looking for a great cocktail bar in Phoenix. Next door to Hula’s Modern Tiki in Phoenix, the Captain’s Cabin is a craft cocktail bar serving all your Hula’s favorites, plus its own. Set sail from Hula’s Phoenix every Thursday – Saturday from 6:00 pm to close, step through the porthole door to explore, and let the waves carry you away to the Captain’s Cabin, where a late ’40s era Tahitian Sailor’s bar meets the modern day craft cocktail lounge.
2. Don Woods’ Say When Phoenix
Well this is a solid surprise cocktail lounge in an up and coming area. Don Wood’s Say When is a delightful rooftop bar with an intimate lounge and spacious terrace featuring fire pits, cozy seating, and expansive views of the Phoenix skyline and Camelback Mountain. Behind the bar is celebrated cocktailian Ross Simon, proprietor of Bitter & Twisted cocktail parlour and little Rituals. Their focused cocktail style features a selection of supercharged highballs, quenchable spritzes, impeccably made classics, and era-inspired modern renditions.
3. The Womack Phoenix
It’s such a cool little funk-cocktail lounge. The Womack is a cocktail lounge with classic cocktails, in a trendy throwback setting with live music and a patio. The Womack cocktail lounge operating hours are Tuesday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 12:00 am, Friday & Saturday 4:00 pm – 2:00 am, and Sunday 6:00 pm – 12:00 am. Happy hour is on Tuesday – Friday 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The Womack cocktail lounge has always been my favorite but the new patio takes it to a new level. What a nice swanky cocktail lounge perfect for a date on a weeknight. Very comfortable, very friendly, and very intimate place. From the moment you pull up, it’s intimate and welcoming, from security standing at entrance, to the waitresses that frequently attend to the guests on the patio.
4. Aftermath Phoenix
Your new local favorite! Aftermath is a high energy, modern American restaurant located in Phoenix, Arizona. They focus on delighting their guests through the ingenuity of their cocktails, and pleasure of good company. Both the menu and cocktail list contain fresh, inventive dishes and drinks, crafted for a purpose of expressing a step forward.
5. UnderTow Phoenix
Oh my gosh! This cocktail joint in Phoenix Arizona is amazing. Under Tow is a hip, Subterranean cocktail bar serving tiki-style drinks in a space inspired by an old-world ship. It’s a nautical-inspired craft cocktail bar serving worldly and tropical cocktails from the team of Barter & Shake Cocktail Entertainment. This World-class cocktail experience features rare rums from around the world and offers a variety of handcrafted, signature merchandise available to purchase. Under Tow Bar operates Tuesday – Sunday 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
