The World Bar Sydney, Guide & Review
If you are looking for a lowkey environment and a nice jug of beer, then the world bar is the place for you. For the last two decades, the world bar has been a great addition to Sydney‘s nightlife. This renowned club has thrown some of the best club nights and live music events in the past. Situated at 24 Bayswater Rd, the world bar has got the whole world inside it.
The key takeaways for this club are the daily events they host; each day, there’s a different theme. Like on Monday, you gotta see Latin and jazz while on Sundays a laugh mob can remove all the hectics of your weekdays. The venue’s rich history includes featuring Australia’s highly-regarded artists from Ajax to Flume and live performances from DZ Deathrays to lizard Wizard. The world bar has got different rooms; on Tuesdays, one room has a ball pool in it. Once entered, you can visit the dance floor upstairs and an outdoor area. The first floor also serves a balcony, rejoicing you with a great view. Since the world bar is big enough to accommodate four bars, you don’t have to wait much for your turn. The staff and bouncers are friendly, don’t interrupt you much.
The world bar has two dance floors; one plays R&B and hip hop while the other is comparatively big and plays a little house and trans. Also, the lightings on the second dance floor are pretty fizzy. The crowd is energetic with hot women and decent DJs. The club’s interior is quite fancy and decent at the same time, suitable for any age group.
The world bar has got various cocktails and beers on the menu, which are served in teapots, a good marketing strategy. This club, in contrast, is relatively cheap and also offers free entrances and vouchers sometimes.
